What you would do
- Review mechanical designs, engineering analyses, simulation results, test methods and troubleshooting approaches
- Weigh trade-offs in structures, materials, thermal performance, dynamics, vibration, controls, reliability and manufacturability
- Spot wrong assumptions, unrealistic boundary conditions, design flaws and likely failure modes in proposed solutions
- Write or review rigorous engineering problems with reference solutions and evaluation criteria
- Give clear technical feedback based on real engineering practice
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- Five or more years as a mechanical engineer, at least three of them recent and hands-on in hardware development, testing or troubleshooting
- Experience as the responsible engineer for real hardware, from requirements and analysis through prototyping, testing, qualification and manufacturing readiness
- Deep expertise in at least one of: structural and stress analysis with FEA, thermal analysis and management, mechanical design and product development, or dynamics, vibration and controls
- Hands-on use of CAD and CAE, FEA, CFD or thermal simulation, test instrumentation and data acquisition
Helpful, not required
- Experience in hardware-heavy industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, consumer electronics, robotics, energy or medical devices

Who can apply
