What you would do
- Review AI conversations about everyday decisions and interpersonal situations
- Spot missing context and suggest the follow-up questions the model should have asked
- Judge whether more information would have changed the model's recommendation, and which details mattered
- Record findings in structured qualitative reviews that follow the project's guidelines
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- At least three to five years of direct practice in social work, counseling, therapy or psychology, qualitative or HCI research, or an advisory field such as mediation or coaching
- A matching qualification, for example an MSW with a social-work license, a master's with a counseling or therapy license, a PhD or PsyD in psychology, or an MA or PhD in HCI, communication, anthropology or sociology
- Experience gathering context from clients or research participants before giving guidance
- Residence in Latin America, Southeastern Europe, Asia or Africa
Helpful, not required
- Experience drawing out context when clients start with incomplete information
- Qualitative coding or structured case review
- Experience reviewing interviews, consultations or coaching sessions for missed questions

Who can apply
Remote. Applicants must be based in Latin America, Southeastern Europe, Asia or Africa, which takes in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and Egypt.
